DREAM is a jewellery design platform operated by Five Elements HK (“DREAM”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the DREAM website and apps (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
DREAM provides tools for jewellers and their clients to design, visualise, share, and manage bespoke jewellery pieces. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, infringe others’ rights, or upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of the designs, images, and other content you create or upload. You grant DREAM a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the people you share it with.
Some features are offered on a paid subscription, which may include a free trial. Fees, billing intervals, and trial terms are shown at checkout and are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DREAM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
